Kidwaste’s new track takes a trip through the importance of a healthy mentality. Kidswaste and Sophie Simmons support Mental Health Awareness Month this May with the release of “Beautiful Life.” As a new song off Counter Records, the track shares a powerful moving and uplifting message.
The new track emerges from an emotional upbringing through smooth vocals and a euphoric production. Between the two artists, the track is supposed to remind the listeners to cherish the positive moments at even the darkest times.
I wrote this track with Sophie back in March and we both instantly felt good about it. Whether you’re broke or lonely (whatever might be getting you down) – theres always something positive to find in even the smallest moments when things might be going your way. Beautiful Life is about finding those moments and cherishing them.
The French producer, also known as Quentin Beauvois, started creating music within the own four walls of his bedroom. Beauvois took a leap in the right direction as he began playing small shows. Soon, those shows turned into renowned festival stages. After his debut U.S. tour, he found himself back home and alone in France where he could recreate his state of mind and artistic abilities in a positive matter.
The young artist continues to make his electronic-pop style of music while releasing more U.S tour dates. Where he recently just performed at Shaky Beats and will be at festivals such as Electric Forest and a few others this year. His music has gained attention from Billboard, This Song is Sick, Nest HQ, and many others as he continues to release new music.
An indie artist from Los Angeles, California, Sophie Simmons launched her career with her debut single “Black Mirror.” The song is currently charting at #34 and rising Billboard’s Dance Club Song Charts. One of her most recent tracks, “Burn Me Down,” also released in April.
Aside from being an artist and singer, she has made headway in being a songwriter. This past year, she focused on writing songs within the dance-music scene. While continuing to make new music, she has written songs for artists such as Cesqeaux, Yellow Claw, and DOLF.
In addition to songwriting, she did a cover of “Kiss Me” with Rebel, which has hit nearly ten million streams on Spotify.
